Embroidery is a unique language of symbols that allows people to communicate without words. During this event, you will also have the opportunity to explore embroidery and traditional clothing decorations from different countries.

Take part in various workshops, try different techniques, and enjoy performances by artists. This is a great opportunity to wear your traditional embroidered clothing, try and learn something new, and feel connected to other cultures through embroidery and tradition. Let’s come together to celebrate tradition, talk with one another, and spend time in the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the Ukrainian community.

Attention! You can register for a maximum of two basic workshops or one intermediate-level workshop. Each workshop is limited to 10 participants. Upon arrival, you will receive a special wristband corresponding to the workshop you registered for.

The event is organized by VATAHA Foundation.
With thanks to our partners: Kunstmuseum The Hague and the The Hague embroidery club.
